We are here to have a conversation and help guide next steps in a way that feels clear and supportive.
Services are typically accessed through referrals from Community Living BC or the Ministry of Children and Family Development, depending on age and support needs.
Once a referral is received, either directly, through CLBC, or MCFD, we connect with the individual and their support network to learn more and explore next steps together.
Program availability can vary depending on location and current capacity. We do our best to match people with supports that are the right fit.
When you reach out, you can expect a conversation. We will listen, answer questions, and help guide you through what options may be available.
Support planning is person centred and ongoing. We work together to understand goals, preferences, and needs, and adjust support over time as things change.
